๐Ÿ›’ Event Page & Checkout

Customize the attendee experience: event pages, checkout flow, and self-service.

1 Event Page Designer

Your public event page is what buyers see before purchasing — customize it to match your brand and give attendees confidence before they pay.

  • Cover image (recommended 1950×650px)
  • Color theme — auto-detected from your cover image or manually set
  • Rich text description with formatting, links, and embedded images
  • Event category and tags for discoverability

Preview your page at any time from the Event Page tab before publishing changes live.

2 Checkout Settings

Control the buyer's checkout experience — what information is collected, how payment is presented, and what happens after purchase.

  • Checkout timer — how long a buyer has to complete payment once they start checkout (default 15 minutes, recommended minimum)
  • Require billing address — toggle on for events that need it for invoicing
  • Post-checkout message — custom text shown after a successful purchase, e.g. WhatsApp group link or parking instructions
  • Marketing opt-in checkbox — let buyers consent to receiving updates from you

3 Online Events

For webinars, virtual conferences, or livestreamed events, set your venue type to Online when creating your event.

  1. Add your connection details (Zoom link, YouTube stream, WhatsApp group link, etc).
  2. Choose when these details become visible — immediately after purchase, or closer to the event date.

Connection details appear on the order confirmation page and the attendee's ticket, but are never shown publicly on your event page.

4 Attendee Self-Service

Let attendees update their own ticket details — name and email — without contacting you directly, via a secure link sent with their order confirmation.

Enable this from your event's Checkout Settings under Attendee Self-Service. Useful when tickets are transferred between people (e.g. a friend can no longer attend and gives their ticket to someone else) — the new attendee can update the name on the ticket themselves.
