โœ… Check-in

Track attendance with QR code scanning and check-in lists.

1 Setting Up Check-in

Scan tickets at the door using the free VibePass check-in scanner — works on any phone or tablet with a camera, no extra hardware required.

  1. From your event, go to the Check-in tab.
  2. Create a check-in list and associate it with the tickets it should accept (e.g. all tickets, or just VIP).
  3. Share the secure check-in link with your door staff — no VibePass account needed for them to use it.
  4. On the day, staff open the link on their phone, allow camera access, and start scanning QR codes from attendees' tickets.
Tip Run a quick test scan with a sample ticket before doors open to confirm camera permissions are working on each device you'll use.

Multiple check-in lists

For multi-day or multi-zone events, create separate check-in lists per day or per area (e.g. "Day 1", "VIP Area") with their own active windows and ticket associations.

Placeholder — confirm before publishing USB/HID barcode scanner support and full offline scanning mode availability should be confirmed against your current VibePass deployment version before stating support definitively here.
