1 Managing Your Team

Invite teammates to help manage your events with role-based permissions.

Roles

• Admin — full access to all events, account settings, and billing
• Organizer — can manage events and tickets, but not account-level settings, users, or billing

1. From Account → Users, click Invite User.
2. Enter their email and select a role.
3. They'll receive an invitation email to set up their account.

2 Ticket Widget

Embed a ticket purchase widget directly on your own website instead of sending buyers to your VibePass event page.

1. From your event, go to Settings → Widget.
2. Copy the provided embed code (plain HTML, works with WordPress and most site builders).
3. Paste it into your site where you want the widget to appear.

The widget auto-resizes to fit its container and stays in sync with your live ticket availability and pricing.

3 Webhooks & Integrations

Send real-time notifications to external services when events happen in VibePass — new orders, check-ins, refunds, and more.

1. From Settings → Webhooks, click Add Webhook.
2. Enter your endpoint URL and select which event types should trigger it (e.g. "Order Created", "Attendee Checked In").
3. Save — your endpoint will receive a JSON payload for every matching event.

Connect to tools like Zapier or Make to automate workflows — e.g. adding new attendees to a CRM or mailing list automatically.
