Ticketing pricing, minus the surprises.
Simple, honest ticketing pricing for Kenya: 2.5% service fee per paid ticket, no setup fees, no monthly fees, free events free. M-Pesa payouts after your event.
How it helps
VibePass charges one thing: a 2.5% service fee on each paid ticket sold through the platform. There are no setup fees, no monthly subscriptions, no listing fees and no per-attendee charges. If you run a free event, the platform is free to use — registration-only events cost you nothing.
You choose who absorbs the fee. Pass it to ticket buyers (the most common option — a KES 1,000 ticket shows KES 1,025 at checkout) or absorb it yourself and keep the displayed price clean. Either way, the checkout always shows the full price up front — buyers never see a "convenience fee" surprise at the last step.
Payouts are made to your M-Pesa number or bank account after your event, once the settlement window closes. There is no revenue-share on complimentary tickets, door sales you record manually, or donations outside the platform.
2.5% flat rate
No tiers, no volume games, no negotiation required. Every organizer pays the same published rate — whether you sell 20 tickets or 20,000.
Free events are free
Registration-only and free-ticket events pay zero fees. Perfect for community meetups, church events, open days and launch parties.
M-Pesa or bank payouts
Your money goes where Kenya works — M-Pesa till, Paybill or bank account. No USD conversions, no foreign payment rails.
Buyer-pays or organizer-pays
Toggle the fee per event. Show it as a line item to buyers, or absorb it and keep sticker prices round.

Common questions
What does VibePass charge per ticket?
A flat 2.5% service fee on each paid ticket sold. A KES 1,000 ticket carries a KES 25 fee. Free tickets are never charged.
Are there setup or monthly fees?
None. Creating an organizer account, listing events and using the check-in app are all free. You only pay when you sell a paid ticket.
When and how do I get paid?
Payouts are processed after your event ends, to your M-Pesa number or Kenyan bank account.
Do ticket buyers see the fee?
Yes — always before they pay. If you choose buyer-pays, the checkout shows the ticket price plus the 2.5% fee as a clear line item.
