VibePass is an event ticketing platform built and run by CloudTrade, a Kenyan software company. We built it because selling tickets here shouldn’t mean paying agent commissions, waiting days for payouts, or printing guest lists at the gate.
VibePass is operated by CloudTrade, a Kenyan software company. The same team builds and supports the platform, so the people answering your email are the people who wrote the code.
Organizers create branded event pages, sell tickets online, and get paid by M-Pesa or bank transfer. Buyers get a QR ticket by email the moment payment confirms, and organizers scan it at the door with the free check-in app. The platform fee is a flat 2.5% per ticket — no setup or monthly fees.
Kenyan organizers were choosing between paying agent commissions, juggling paper ticket books, or using international platforms that don’t understand M-Pesa or KES pricing. VibePass was built to fix exactly that: M-Pesa first, transparent fees, and payouts that land while the event is still running.
